# What does AI Call Insights do?

**Short answer:** AI Call Insights reads the transcript of each recorded call, applies the labels you define, such as Qualified or Booked, and writes a short summary. You can correct the labels on an analysed call, and use labels to choose which calls count as conversions in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

**Applies to:** AI Call Insights, Call recording

## What does it give you?

For each recorded call:

- **Labels.** You define them, each with a description that tells the AI when to use it, such as "An appointment or job was booked during the call". More than one can apply. A new site starts with **Qualified**, **Booked**, **Support**, **Not a Lead** and **Spam**.
- **A summary** of the call, in a few sentences.

They show on the call and in the call log, so you can see which calls were leads without listening to each one.

## Which calls are analysed?

Only calls that are recorded and transcribed, because the AI works from the transcript. It's turned on per tracking site in the Enfonica Console, with **Enable AI Call Insights** on its **Call Insights** page, and needs at least one label turned on. A call is analysed if AI Call Insights is on when its transcript is ready, shortly after the call ends. Earlier calls aren't analysed.

The labels appear after the call has been transcribed and analysed, usually a few minutes after it ends.

## Can you correct it?

Yes, once the call has been analysed. Open the call, and under **Tags**, select **Edit**. The call page calls labels tags. The call then shows **(Edited)**. A call is analysed only once, so your correction stays. It isn't sent to integrations that already received the call.

The AI works only from what was said, so a poor line or a very short call gives weaker results. Treat labels as a first pass, and check the calls that matter before you report them to a client.

## How do labels work with integrations?

- **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads** can send only calls with a label you choose, such as **Qualified** or **Booked**, so your campaigns optimise towards real leads.
- **Google Analytics 4**, **HubSpot** and **Zapier** receive the labels and the summary with each call.
