# How long are call recordings kept?

**Short answer:** Call Tracking keeps call recordings for up to 1 year, and keeping them is included in every plan. Anyone with access to the tracking site can listen to them in the Enfonica Console.

**Applies to:** Call recording, Call log

## How long are they kept?

Up to 1 year. Keeping recordings for that long is included in every plan.

## Who can listen to them?

Anyone with access to the tracking site in the Enfonica Console, including people with the Viewer role and, if an agency manages the account, the agency's team. To listen, go to the tracking site's **Tracked calls**, open a call, and use the player in the **Recording** card. Give access only to people who need it. To learn how, see [Manage users and roles](/docs/account/users-and-roles/).

## What happens if the subscription ends?

Your call history and recordings are kept, and they're there again when you restore service, within the 1-year limit. To learn how, see [Your Call Tracking service is paused](/help/billing/service-paused).
