How It Works
The Real-Time Engine
We fire a high-fidelity event the millisecond a call hits our network.
The "New Call Started" Trigger
Most systems wait until the call is over to tell you about it. We trigger an event before the phone rings.
Instant Execution
Latency under 200ms. Your CRM updates while the customer is still hearing the dial tone.
100% Coverage
Fires for every single attempt. Answered, missed, busy, or blocked — you see it all.
Rich Data Context
We don't just tell you "someone is calling." We attach the entire digital journey to the phone call.
Caller Identity
Phone number, location, and name (if available)
Ad Attribution
GCLID, UTM Campaign, Source, Medium
Web Session
Landing page URL, Referrer, Device type
Connected in Seconds
Select Enfonica from the Zapier library, paste your API key, and you're live. No code, no webhooks to configure manually.

Zapier
Scoped for Security.
We built this for agencies managing multiple clients. API Keys are scoped to the Tracking Site level. This means you can create distinct Zaps for Client A and Client B without data leaking between them. You retain full control and client separation.
FAQ
Got Questions?
Straight answers about triggers, payloads, and zero-code workflows.
Does this fire for missed calls?
Yes. The trigger is New Call Started, so it fires for every inbound attempt. Perfect for "Missed Call" alerts or logging total volume.
Why don't I see call duration?
Because the trigger fires when the call starts. At that moment, the duration and final status are not yet known.
Is PII included?
Yes. The payload includes the Caller ID (call.from). Please ensure you handle this data in compliance with privacy laws.
Do I need a paid Zapier account?
Enfonica is a standard Zapier app, but high call volumes may consume your Zapier task allowance quickly. Check your Zapier plan limits.
