Call Tracking

Call Tracking, powered by Enfonica, links each phone call to the marketing that caused it. It swaps the phone number on your website for each visitor, records which campaign, ad click and page led to the call, and pushes qualifying calls into Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, HubSpot and Zapier.

What Call Tracking does

  • Dynamic number insertion. A small script replaces the phone number on your website with a tracking number from a pool. When that number is called, the call is linked to the visitor's session, including UTM parameters, click IDs, the landing page and the referrer.
  • Static tracking numbers. Dedicated numbers for sources that aren't a website, such as print, radio or a Google Business Profile listing.
  • Routing. Calls forward to your existing phone number, a SIP endpoint or a Flow for business-hours rules, menus, failover and voicemail.
  • Recording, transcripts and AI Call Insights. Record calls with a consent message, read transcripts, and let AI apply labels such as Qualified or Spam and write a summary.
  • Attribution you can explain. Every call shows a confidence level, the session it was matched to, the reasons for the match, and any alternative sessions.
  • Integrations. Connected calls become conversions in Google Ads and Meta Ads, events in Google Analytics 4, call records in HubSpot, and triggers in Zapier.
  • Reporting. A per-site overview, a report builder, CSV export, and scheduled weekly, monthly and missed-call emails.
