Short answer
Call Tracking sends Google Ads one conversion for each answered call from a visitor who clicked a Google ad, if the call lasted at least the minimum duration, 60 seconds by default. It's sent shortly after the call ends, and Google can take up to 24 hours to show it.

What does Google Ads receive?
One conversion for each qualifying call, recorded against the conversion action you chose and credited to the ad click that brought the caller to the website. It carries the time the call started. No conversion value is sent, and sending the same call twice never counts it twice.
Which calls qualify?
A call is sent when all of these are true:
- The visitor clicked a Google ad. Their visit has a Google Ads click ID (a GCLID, or the gbraid or wbraid Google uses for some iPhone traffic). Auto-tagging in Google Ads adds it to every ad click.
- The call was long enough. It lasted at least the integration's Minimum call duration (seconds) after it was answered, 60 seconds by default. At
0, every call is sent, including missed calls. - It has a label you require, if any. If you set Only push calls with these labels, the call needs at least one of them, from AI Call Insights.
Calls to static tracking numbers are never sent, because they don't come from an ad click. Calls with no attribution aren't either.
If a caller rings the same tracking number again within 7 days, the new call is linked to the same visit, so each qualifying call is another conversion for the same click.
To change these settings, in the Enfonica Console, go to the tracking site's Integrations, and select Configure on the Google Ads card. Look under Which calls are sent.
When does it show up?
Call Tracking sends the conversion shortly after the call ends. A recorded call waits for its transcript, and for its AI Call Insights analysis if that's on, so labels can be checked. Google can then take up to 24 hours to show the conversion in Google Ads.
So for a test, use a real ad click, stay on the call for longer than the minimum, and check the next day. To learn where to look, see Check uploads in Google Ads.
If a call shows failed, or Google Ads has stopped receiving calls, see Calls don't show up in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot or Zapier.
