Short answer
Not by default, because Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Ads receive only calls that lasted at least the minimum call duration after being answered, 60 seconds by default. Set that minimum to 0 to send every call, including missed calls; HubSpot and Zapier already receive them.

Which integrations get missed calls?
| Integration | Missed calls |
|---|---|
| Google Ads | Not by default |
| Google Analytics 4 (GA4) | Not by default |
| Meta Ads | Not by default |
| HubSpot | Yes, by default. Push missed calls turns it off |
| Zapier | Yes, always: every call is sent |
Whatever you choose, every call, answered or not, is in the tracking site's Tracked calls and in its reports.
Why aren't they sent by default?
Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Ads each have a minimum call duration, 60 seconds by default. It counts the time after the call is answered, so a missed call never meets it. That keeps the ad platforms counting real conversations, which is what they optimise your campaigns towards.
How do you include them?
In the Enfonica Console, go to the tracking site's Integrations, select Configure on the integration's card, and set Minimum call duration (seconds) to 0. Every call is then sent, including missed calls.
Some calls still aren't sent at 0:
- Google Ads still needs the caller to have clicked a Google ad, and Meta Ads needs a click on a Meta ad.
- If you set labels a call must have, they still apply. A missed call is usually not recorded, so it has no labels and isn't sent.
Think about what the missed calls do to your numbers first. In Google Ads, every missed call from an ad click becomes a conversion, and campaigns that bid for conversions then aim for more of them.
