Can a client remove its agency from Call Tracking?

How does the client remove the agency?

Contact Enfonica support and tell us which account it is and that you want the agency's access removed. There's no setting for it in the Enfonica Console.

What does the client keep?

Everything. The account, the phone numbers and the subscription have been the client's from the start, because the client pays Enfonica directly. After the agency's access is removed:

  • the tracking numbers keep working, and calls keep going where they go now;
  • the call history, recordings and reports stay;
  • the 10% discount for signing up through an agency stays on the subscription.

What changes for the agency?

The agency's team members can no longer see or change the client's account. If the client still needs someone to manage it, an Owner of the client's account can add them as a user. To learn how, see Manage users and roles.
