Can team members see only some clients?

Short answer

No. A team member's agency role applies to every client linked to your agency, so to give someone access to one client only, an Owner adds them as a user of that client's account instead.

Applies to
Agency accounts, Enfonica Console
Who can do this
An agency Owner

What can each role do?

Every team member has one role, and it applies to all your clients:

Role Can
Owner Everything, including inviting team members, changing roles and removing people
Editor Create and send quotes, and set up and change every client's tracking
Viewer See quotes, and every client's sites, calls and reports, without changing anything

So someone who needs to change one client's setup needs the Editor role, which lets them change every client's.

How do you give someone access to one client?

Add them to that client's account rather than to your agency. An Owner of the client's account, or one of your agency's Owners, goes to the client's Users, selects Add user, and selects their role. If they aren't on your agency's team, they then see that client only. To learn how, see Manage users and roles.

What should you do when someone leaves your agency?

Remove them from Team the same day. Until you do, they can still see every client's calls and recordings. To learn how, see Invite and manage team members.
