When does billing start?
When you accept the quote and pay at checkout. The plan is monthly, paid by card, and your tracking site is set up as soon as you've paid.
What's a free first month?
An agency can offer a free first month on the quote it sends you. The quote says so: there's nothing to pay at checkout, and the plan fee starts one month after you sign up.
- You still enter a card at checkout, so service carries on after the free month.
- The free month covers the plan fee. Anything beyond the plan in that month, such as extra numbers or a call pack, is billed with your first payment, at the end of the month.
- We email you 3 days before the free month ends.
