Manage billing and your plan

A Call Tracking account has a monthly plan for its tracking site. The business that owns the account pays Enfonica directly by card, and manages its payment method, invoices and subscription in the billing portal.

Enterprise accounts

There is no plan. Call Tracking usage is billed on your existing Enfonica account, and Billing in the Enfonica Console opens the account's billing overview, invoices and payments. See Two kinds of accounts.

What counts

  • A call is an answered call longer than 30 seconds. Calls of 30 seconds or less, and calls that aren't answered, don't count against the plan.
  • An AI credit is used each time AI Call Insights analyses a recorded call.
  • Phone numbers are counted across the site. The plan's inclusion covers the oldest numbers. Each additional number is billed monthly, at $5 for a local number and $8.50 for a 1300 or 1800 number. A 1300 or 1800 number cancelled within 12 months incurs a $75 early exit fee.

Text-to-speech in flows, call recording storage for 1 year and voicemail transcription are included at no charge.

Packs

When a site uses more calls or SMS than the plan includes in a month, a pack is added automatically so tracking continues:

Pack Price Contains
Call pack $20 100 calls and 100 AI credits
SMS pack $5 100 SMS

Packs don't expire. Unused calls and SMS carry over to later months.

Agency discount

A client that signs up through an agency's quote receives a 10% discount on the subscription for as long as the subscription lasts. The discount appears on the quote, on invoices and in the billing portal.

Open the billing portal

  1. In the Console, open the user menu and click Billing.
  2. The Console takes you to the billing portal.

In the portal you can update the payment card, view and download invoices, change the plan, and cancel the subscription. Billing is disabled for users without billing access to the account. Agency team members don't have billing access to client accounts.

Invoices

Invoices are emailed to the billing contact each month and are available in the billing portal.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, the account shows as past due, Enfonica retries the card and emails the billing contact. If the payment can't be collected, the subscription is cancelled and the Console shows a banner with Restore service. Update the payment method in the billing portal, then click Restore service.

Cancel

Cancel the subscription in the billing portal.
