Are call recordings or transcripts sent to Google or Meta?

Short answer

No integration receives call recordings, and only HubSpot can receive transcripts, if you turn that on. Google Ads and Meta Ads receive only the ad click, the time of the call and a call ID, and the other integrations also get the call's labels and AI summary.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) An event with the call's attribution (pages, source, campaign, device), its labels and its AI summary No No

Labels never leave Call Tracking for Google Ads or Meta Ads. If you set labels a call must have, they only decide which calls are sent.

Where do recordings stay?

In Call Tracking. Only people with access to the tracking site can listen to them, in the Enfonica Console. To learn how long they're kept, see How long are call recordings kept?
