How long are they kept?

Up to 1 year. Keeping recordings for that long is included in every plan.

Who can listen to them?

Anyone with access to the tracking site in the Enfonica Console, including people with the Viewer role and, if an agency manages the account, the agency's team. To listen, go to the tracking site's Tracked calls, open a call, and use the player in the Recording card. Give access only to people who need it. To learn how, see Manage users and roles.

What happens if the subscription ends?

Your call history and recordings are kept, and they're there again when you restore service, within the 1-year limit. To learn how, see Your Call Tracking service is paused.
