Short answer
Yes. If the website belongs to the same business, add its domain to the client's existing tracking site, with no new quote; a different business, or a website the client wants its own Overview and email reports for, needs a new quote.

A business has one tracking site, however many websites it has. So the answer depends on whose website it is. In the examples below, the client's first website is example.com.au and the second is example.com.
| The second website | What to do |
|---|---|
| The same business on another domain, such as its site for another country or a second brand | Add the domain to the client's tracking site |
A subdomain of a domain already listed, such as shop.example.com.au |
Nothing |
| A different business | Send a new quote |
| The same business, but the client wants its own Overview and email reports | Send a new quote |
How do you add a website for the same business?
In the client's tracking site, add the domain, such as example.com, under Settings > Allowed domains, then install the same tracking script on the new website. There's no new quote. To learn how, see Change the allowed domains.
Calls from the new website use the site's tracking numbers, and appear in the same reports and on the same bill. If the extra traffic needs more numbers, add them to the site's pool. Numbers beyond the plan's are billed as extra numbers. To learn how many you need, see How many tracking numbers does a website need?
Can the client see calls for each website?
Roughly, by the page each visit started on. In the tracking site's Explore or Tracked calls, select Add filter, select First Page View URI, and enter the start of the website's address followed by *, such as https://www.example.com/*. Only calls whose visit started on that website are shown. Explore can also group calls by First Page View URI, with one row for each landing page.
It's a rough split, because:
- The filter matches the address as you enter it, so
https://www.example.com/*misses visits that started onhttps://example.com. A call has to match every filter you add, so one view can't show both. - Calls that weren't linked to a website visit have no first page, so they don't appear under any website.
The tracking site's Overview and its email reports always cover the whole site.
Do subdomains need adding?
No. An allowed domain also covers its subdomains, so example.com.au covers www.example.com.au and shop.example.com.au. It doesn't work the other way: www.example.com.au doesn't cover example.com.au, so list the domain without www..
Why does a different business need a new quote?
A Call Tracking account has one tracking site, and its plan is sized for that business's traffic and calls. So each business is its own quote and its own subscription, and you can't add a site from the Enfonica Console.
The same applies when the client wants a website to have its own Overview and email reports. Both always cover the whole tracking site, and a filter on the first page is only a rough split.
To track the website, create a quote for it and send it to the client. To learn how, see Create and send a quote.
What does the client see?
The same as the first time: a quote email, the quote page and checkout. If the client already has an Enfonica sign-in, they select Sign in and accept and use their existing password. Accepting sets up the new website with its own numbers, plan and billing, separate from the first one.
What about Enterprise accounts?
Enterprise accounts, for customers who also use other Enfonica products, have no plan. They add tracking sites themselves in the Console with Create New Site, with no quote.
