Invite and manage team members¶
Your agency's team members share access to every client project linked to the agency. Add people from the Team page and give each the smallest role they need.
Before you begin¶
You have the Owner role in your agency. Only Owners can manage the team.
Roles¶
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including inviting team members, changing roles and removing people. |
| Editor | Create and manage quotes and configure every client site. Can't manage the team. |
| Viewer | View client sites, calls and reports. Can't change anything. |
A team member's role applies to every client project. If someone needs to configure one client's site, they need Editor for all clients.
Having trouble? See A team member can't see a client in the Help Center.
Invite a team member¶
- In the Enfonica Console, click Team > Invite team member.
- Enter the person's email address and choose a role.
- Click Send invite.
The invitation appears in the list with the status Invited. The person receives an email with an Accept Invite link and either creates an Enfonica account or signs in to an existing one. If they already belong to another organisation, they confirm the switch with Yes, switch tenant.
Invitations expire after 28 days if they aren't accepted. While an invitation is pending, its menu has Change role, Resend (emails it again) and Revoke (withdraws it). Resending doesn't extend the 28 days. An expired invitation has no actions: invite the person again.
Change a role¶
- Click Team.
- Next to the person, choose Change role, pick the role, and save.
The change takes effect immediately, though the person may need to sign out and in again. You can't change your own role.
Remove a team member¶
- Click Team.
- Next to the person, choose Remove, and confirm.
The person loses access to every client project. You can't remove yourself or change your own role, so another Owner has to do it. The agency's last Owner can't be removed.
When someone leaves the agency¶
Warning
Remove them from Team the same day. Until you do, they keep access to every client's calls and recordings.
