Voicemail step¶
The Voicemail step lets the caller leave a message. The message is sent to recipients as an audio attachment by email or SMS, with an optional transcript.
Configuration¶

| Recipients | Who receives the voicemail: phone numbers, email addresses, or both. |
| Voicemail Prompt | Audio that asks the caller to leave a message, from the media library or text-to-speech. |
| Transcribe | Whether to transcribe the voicemail. Transcription is free. |
| Subject | The subject line of the email or SMS. |
| Max recording Duration | The longest message the caller can leave. |
Exits¶
The Voicemail step ends the call and has no exits.
