Date step

The Date step routes calls by date or date and time, for example on Christmas Day or over a holiday shutdown.

Configuration

Field Description
Criteria One or more criteria to match. Each is a Date, a Date & Time, a Date Range or a Date & Time Range.
Timezone The time zone the criteria are evaluated in.

Exits

The Date step has two exits, each with its own dropzone. Add a following step to both.

Type Description
Match The call arrived within one of the criteria.
No Match The call arrived outside all criteria.
