Onboard a new client

This checklist takes a client from quote to a working, reported setup. Each step links to its page.

Before you begin

Collect from the client:

  • Business name and street address, for the number registration.
  • The email address of the person who will accept the quote and receive invoices.
  • The website domain, and the phone number that appears on the website.
  • The number calls should forward to, and the business's hours.
  • Whether calls may be recorded, and who should be told about it.
  • Access to the website or its Google Tag Manager container, and to the client's Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta and HubSpot accounts as needed.

1. Quote

  • Create and send a quote with the client's details, website domain, forwarding number and plan.
  • Tell the client to expect an email from Enfonica and to accept within 30 days. See What your client sees.
  • Watch the quote's status on the Dashboard. Use Resend if the client loses the email.

2. Confirm the site

When the quote is accepted, open the client from Clients.

3. Numbers

4. Script

5. Recording and insights

6. Integrations

7. Reporting and handover

  • Schedule email reports: weekly to your account manager, monthly to the client, daily missed calls to the business.
  • If the client wants to see calls themselves, invite the client's users as Viewers.
  • Walk the client through the call log and a call's attribution, and explain what No attribution and the confidence levels mean. See Why attribution can be missing or ambiguous.
  • After the first week, check the pool's health and the first weekly report.
