Route by Caller ID step¶
The Route by Caller ID step routes the call by the caller's number. It compares the caller's number with a list you enter and takes the Match exit on an exact match, or No Match otherwise. Use it to give priority callers a direct path or to divert nuisance callers. The step plays no audio.
Configuration¶
