What your client sees

Use this page to tell clients what to expect between receiving your quote and signing in, and to answer their questions along the way.

1. The quote email

The client receives an email from Enfonica with your agency's name, the plan and a Review Quote button. The link works for 30 days. If the client hasn't acted after a week, Enfonica sends a reminder; you can also click Resend on the quote.

2. The quote page

The link opens a page headed with your agency's name that shows the client's name and email, the plan and its inclusions, and the monthly total with the agency discount. It also states that calls of 30 seconds or less are free, that packs are added automatically if usage exceeds the plan, that recordings are kept for up to a year, and that prices are in Australian dollars excluding GST.

The client clicks the button to continue to checkout.

3. Checkout

Checkout is a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. The client enters a card and billing address; GST is added. When payment succeeds, the client returns to a page that says the account is being set up. This takes a few seconds.

If the client leaves checkout and comes back to the quote link, the page offers to continue where they left off.

4. The welcome email

Enfonica emails the client a sign-in link. The client clicks it and either sets a password, if they are new to Enfonica, or signs in with an existing Enfonica account to attach the new subscription to it.

If the client loses the email, they can open the quote link again and click Resend setup link, or you can click Resend on the accepted quote.

5. The Console

The client signs in to their own project, which already has a tracking site with the website domain and forwarding number from the quote. They can see calls, recordings and reports, invite their own users, and open the billing portal from the user menu. They'll see that your agency manages the site.

What Enfonica creates on acceptance

  • A project owned by the client, with the client as its first Owner.
  • A tracking site named after the client, with the website domain as its allowed domain and the forwarding number as its handler. Recording is off.
  • A regulatory listing from the business name and address on the quote.
  • A subscription to the chosen plan, billed to the client's card monthly with the agency discount applied.
  • A link from your agency to the client's project, so your team can open it from Clients.
