Time & Day step

The Time & Day step routes calls by the time of day and the day of the week, for example to separate business hours from after hours.

Configuration

Field Description
Criteria One or more criteria to match. Each is a time range on a set of days of the week, such as 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Timezone The time zone the criteria are evaluated in.

The Time & Day step has two exits, each with its own dropzone. Add a following step to both.

Match The call arrived within one of the criteria.
No Match The call arrived outside all criteria.
