Route by State step

The Route by State step routes calls by the caller's state. It works with Australian 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers only. Most carriers and devices supply the caller's location, but a small share of calls can't be located, so always give the No Match exit a sensible default.

State name The caller is in that state. Each state can be added once.
No Match The caller's location couldn't be determined or doesn't match any state exit.
